If you want to renew your subscription at Inlinkz and you get the following message by PayPal "Your last action could not be completed" here are some steps you can easily follow:
1. Log out of your Paypal account
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache)
3. Close your browser
4. Clear the windows cache (https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache)
This should resolve the issue most of the times!
In case it does not, the best way to go, would be to call PayPal support after logging in to your paypal account. (Don't send an email, just pick up the phone as it is MUCH faster).
